When I buy Bloodseeker in the item store for my level 17 rogue. Will I be able to equip it since it got no required level?

Thank you very much for your reply! This server is all I ever wanted. Played on Classic WoW on a low populated server. And I couldn't get a group to do dungeon quests and raids and such. Here I can even do Battlegrounds! Much love <3

Greetings, I have a question regarding the VIP option. Does it also include 5x as many Reputation, tradeskills and weaponskills? Can you also make a seperate 1/3/5x XP - 1/3/5 REP - 1/3/5 Tradeskills and 1/3/5 Weaponskills. I would like to level 1x XP but the Reputation I want at 3 or 5x since the R...
