[RANKING] Removing the DECAY

Seems like they also removed the decay in classic wow, didn't know that.

They did on classic era, idk about SOD but I dont think they removed it ^^

I want to support this. In the very least if not removing decay make it more casual friendly

I also support this suggestion as it can be very time consuming.
And yes, blizzard did in fact remove decay on Era and SoD.
