[Update] Spawning PartyBots during combat

As you know, spawning PartyBots during combat is not possible. However, leaders who were out of combat while their bots were still in combat could continue spawning bots, which was being exploited by some players. With this update, players can no longer spawn PartyBots while any member of the party is in combat.
