Hearthstone cooldown

Requesting a reduced cooldown for the hearthstone. I know this takes away from Blizz like a little but with 3-5x XP hearthing back to town is needed more often than in traditional. Not sure the specific time but maybe 20-30 minutes instead of the hour. Wouldn't be opposed to this being a VIP thing with maybe a second hearth or with VIP half the time to make up for 5x xp.
