[Update] PlayerBot Buffs

We received several suggestions to disable "raid buffs" in open world and battlegrounds since VIP bots (raid buffs) were pretty overpowered against Non-VIP members while in Battlegrounds.
From now, PlayerBots will only get raid buffs while in a raid group and while in an instance map (dungeon/raid).
This will me more fair.
