[Update] PlayerBot Responsivity

PlayerBots are now more responsive. The AI update has been reduced to 500 ms (from 1000 ms).
Example: You start moving and bots start follow you after 1000ms (1 sec), now they will start following you after 500 ms (0.5 sec).
Example 2: Your tank is injured and needs a heal, the healer finds out the tank is injured and starts healing after 500 ms (0.5 sec) instead of 1000ms (1 sec).
