I mean.... Discord server is great for server health =). Great for comunication, and great for player fells secure about whats going on about the server.

A real time chat its much better than a forum, even for support =)

Discord is just a 3rd party program to chat, has nothing to do with game servers.
Forums are great for SEO. If you need assistance, you can create a ticket ingame/contact us at our forum.
We currently have no plans to create a discord server.
