So I rolled a shaman to go enhance. I know that in classic and every other expansion that two handed spec was a talent in the enhance tree although I am seeing the talents are a bit different than I remember and there is no two handed talent in the enhance tree. Does this version of 1.12 vanilla wow nit have a way to talent for two handed or dual wielding?

Two-handed weapons dont require talent, just visit the city that has weapon master for your specific two-hander weapon (each city have specific weapons they teach in vanilla).
Dual-wield is a talent that came with tbc.
