[Update] BWL: Blackwing Warlocks & Halls of Strife

Received serveral suggestions about several trash mobs in BWL since they were pretty hard to solo.
These small changes will make it much smoother without affecting the gameplay.
- Halls of Strife trash count reduced by 4 mobs (trash after Vaelastrasz)
- Blackwing Warlock: Demon Portal & Rain of Fire are disabled.
