[Update] Level 60 Bot Buffs

Fire Protection (Absorbs 1950 to 3251 fire damage. Lasts 1 hr.)
Resist Fire (Increases an ally's Fire resistance by 2 for 1 hr.) and Flasks have been added to level 60 (non-vip) bots. VIP Bots already have them.
This will make raids like BWL easier to handle.
Rallying Cry of the Dragonslayer and Warchief's Blessing have been added to VIP Bots.
