If you use more than 5 warlocks on a mob they get stuck in a perpetual loop of applying immolate/corruption/CoA because of the 16 debuff limit.

For shamans to be viable they need to prioritize Windfury/Tremor/Cleansing. Allowing horde to be more even in terms of raiding potential with alliance.

For mages, Instead of only being R.DPS. I propose a Frost/Fire mage or "MC/BWL and AQ/Naxx" set of mages. One fully spec'd into frost and the other fire. With fireball and frostbolt removed from each ones spellbook respectively.

Give lower level bots weapon enchants such as fiery/spellpower to keep new players excited and looking forward to endgame

Reducing raid reset timers to the same time as ZG reset timer (72hours) for ViPs only.

Reducing Honor Decay to 15%, It would still keep the amount of time to get to r14 high at 8-9 weeks but I think it would help with player retention and incentivization to PVP.

This is the math for how the ranking system works now(if its unaltered)Based on the player getting Standing 1 every week, Starting from rank0 displaying your predicted rank after the week.
Week 1: 13000 RP (Rank 4)
Week 2: 13000+(13000*.8)=23400 (Rank 6)
Week 3: 13000+(23400*.8)=31720 (Rank 8)
Week 4: 13000+(31720*.8)=38376 (Rank 9)
Week 5: 13000+(43700*.8)=43700 (Rank 10)
Week 6: 13000+(47960*.8)=47960 (Rank 11)
Week 7: 13000+(51368*.8)=51368 (Rank 12)
Week 8: 13000+(54094*.8)=54094 (Rank 12)
Week 9: 13000+(56275*.8)=56275 (Rank 13)
Week 10: 13000+(58020*.8)=58020 (Rank 13)

And this is the math if the honor decay was reduced to 10%, I think in-between would be a perfect balance for player interest/retention.

Add in the Silithus gong with the 5hour timer for other players to ring it aswell so it disappears naturally
