More Oat Sacks for the Poor Old Blanchy Quest

There are barely any Sack of Oat objects to completely this quest. I've been running all over Westfall trying to find these, and have been having to camp the same 2 the entire time. This is very frustrating and hinders progression.
Please try to add more of these to where they're supposed to spawn. It's a very frustrating quest to do.
