Hi, not sure if this is the precisely correct place to put this, but at the end of a quest chain in Silithus there is a raid quest called "The Calling" which summons a boss meant to be defeated by a raid party.
The problem is that I am not allowed to make a raid party in the overworld at this location, thus cannot complete the quest (a 5-man party with pre-raid gear can't even come close to putting up a fight). It would be great to be able to form a raid party around such spawns, though I don't know if this quest is the only one like it, or if there are other similar examples.

+1 to that suggestion.

There are also some other places where raid groups would be needed, for example on Isle of the Dread in Feralas and Alcaz Island in Dustwallow Marsch.

I agree, being able to solo those quests would be great !

The quest area's will remain party only. You should be able to defeat the boss with 20 players, so you can look for few more players and spawn bots together.
