[Update] PlayerBots: Shaman Totems

We've updated the Shaman Totem AI to be more specialized according to their spec. (as players asked for it)
Here's a look at the totems they'll summon now:
Enhancement Shaman: Grace of Air Totem, Strength of Earth Totem, Searing Totem, Poison Cleansing Totem.
Elemental Shaman: Grounding Totem, Tremor Totem, Searing Totem, Poison Cleansing Totem (+ Windfury Totem).
Resto Shaman: Windfury Totem, Strength of Earth Totem, Searing Totem, Poison Cleansing Totem (+ Mana Tide Totem when mana is below 50%).
