Allowing Opposing Faction Leader Raids

Suggestion to allow players the ability to make a raid party to kill opposing faction leader(s)
*Limited to inside the room & or, area*
This may be frowned upon but I feel it would make things a lot more interesting in capitals, along-side it would make this server feel more authentic to the base game.
