Faster day/night cycle

Is it possible to have the server's day/night cycle sped up instead of matching the server's local time? With the way WoW works the in-game time matches the server's time so if you live near the server, it will match the actual time of day. However since this is a private server in a single location this doesn't work for everyone playing. Where I live it's basically the opposite, so when I play at night (which is when I'm usually able to play) it's day time in the game. This isn't a big deal of course but it would be nice if the in-game day/night cycle could be sped up (e.g. 2 real hours = 1 in-game day) so that every player can experience different times of day regardless of where they live or when they play.
