Hello.

Do i obtain all spells with buying instant 60lv including quests spells? (stances, totems, pets, poisons, forms...) or i get only 60 lvl without any spells and i must do all quests then?

Hello

When buying a level 60 boost, you get levels + gold for spells.

Everything else, you have to work on (totems, spell quests, etc).
