The NPC "Stylist" has spawned in Stormwind City and Orgrimmar near the Twinker.
This new NPC offers features such as hairstyle and color change, appearance change, gender change, as well as race and faction change.
Changing your hairstyle or color costs 20g (free for VIP members).
