[Fix] Starter guild roster now shows correct online members

What was wrong?
The client has a hard limit (~32 KB) on the guild roster packet size.
With a large guild like SoloCraft, the full roster couldn't fit, so the client only received a partial list and displayed far fewer online members than in reality (e.g. 30–60 instead of 100–250 during peak).
This also caused some members to not see themselves in the guild roster. Because of this, we previously had to auto-kick members after 7 days of inactivity, which has now been disabled.
What changed?
For the SoloCraft guild, the roster now only lists members who are currently online (offline members are ignored).
This keeps the packet small enough to include the full roster.
The online member count is now more accurate and reflects everyone who is actually online in the guild.
Offline members are still part of the guild (notes, ranks, last online time, etc. are unchanged) they’re just not shown in the roster list.
All other guilds remain unchanged and still show both online and offline members as before.
