[New] Blizzlike Leveling Option

[Solo]

Players can now use the command ".blizzlike on/off" to adjust their XP rate for leveling and questing.

When you use the command ".blizzlike on", your XP rates will be set to x1 until you turn it off with ".blizzlike off".

Once you turn it off, your XP rates will return to 3x, or 5x for VIPs.

With this update, we have also removed the XP rate commands for VIPs, which were unnecessary and not used. (They were also set per session, so you had to enter the XP rate command each time you logged in.) Now, you only need to set it once with this update.

Update: profession rate, weapon/defense/gathering/reputation rates are also set to x1 when you have .blizzlike on active from now.
