Hey y'all,
Playing with a Hardcore addon and solo-self found rules is a blast that's completely reinvigorated my enjoyment of this game and server; however the drop rates on stuff like crusaders enchant formulae, flask of titans recipe and greater fire protection potion recipe are really low and tedious to grind. I don't mind spending hours looking for rare herbs, minerals or farming for super low drop rate items (beast hide/carapace etc.) but being at the mercy of 0.1-1% drop rates for necessary potions for raiding is detrimental to the game-play when you're solo self found (no auction house). This stands especially true when you're playing on hardcore and you could lose all that grind-investment at any time.
Re-leveling 1-60 and gearing pre-raid BiS is so much faster than the farm for those recipes can be.
I'd suggest making the drop rates of these slightly higher, around 10-15% instead of the current drop rates. I think that would be a net-positive for the server's recurring players that wants to try something new.
If that's not something you'd want to change I'd ask for these rare recipes to be included into the server Auction House inventory for 200-500g prices instead.
