How long does it take to lvl 60 with the boost?

It is instant, make sure you are online with the character you want to boost.

i am online right now and it hasnt happen since i bought it 2 hours ago

Hello.

You need to stay online while purchasing the level 60 boost. The system will reduce your DP balance only if the purchase was succesfull.
