Individual XP rates now apply to group rates as intended. Previously, it was permanently set to 3x.
VIP members will now receive 5x XP while in a group or party.
The same applies to 1x levelers; once you enable or disable .blizzlike, it will set your individual and group XP rate to 1x.
Elite XP rates have also been fixed and now give XP as intended (they were giving too much XP before).
To compare 3x (non-VIP) or 5x (VIP) to 1x, simply run the command .blizzlike on/off.
