Since the demand for players is no longer as high and it is very difficult to find a group (no wonder on a solo server), it would be time to allow a raid group for tasks outside of the instances.
For example, quests like The Battle of Darrowshire are currently unfeasible if you have bots in your group. You could allow raid groups within a specific area. You could allow raid groups everywhere once a day for one or two hours so that you don't have a constant raid on Ogrimar.

This has been requested multiple times here. Sometimes it's ignored, sometimes stuff gets done. You can spawn a raid for Prince Thunderaan, but you can't spawn a raid for Dr. Weavil. Which makes no sense (atleast to me). Clearly raid spawning can be allowed at certain areas in the game so why not simply allow raid formation on raid quest areas for quests such as Battle for Darrowshire, The Calling, A Humble Offering etc.
